Founded Anugra in 2001 after serving as President/CEO of PT Bahana Securities, where he led landmark privatisations including the dual-listing IPOs of Indosat (USD 350M) and Telkom (USD 2B). Previously 11 years with Chase Manhattan Bank, Jakarta. USC business graduate; underwriter license since 1995.
Agus R. Pandjaitan
University of Indonesia accountancy graduate who began at Arthur Young serving oil & gas majors. A decade at Bahana Group — investment banking, then CFO and Risk Management Director. Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee chair at PT London Sumatera Tbk and PT Timah Tbk.
Suryo Sampurno Satriyadi
Business Administration graduate of Northrop University, California. Career spans Bank Duta, property consultancy PT Procon Indah, and commissioner roles across the Anugra Group since 2000. Active in national transport-association leadership.
Aditya Hutama Putra
Joined Anugra in 2012 from Bahana Securities' investment banking division. Advises M&A, debt and equity financings across technology, healthcare, logistics and mining. Executive education at London Business School; MSc, Cass Business School.
Wilsen Handoko
Joined in 2025 with five-plus years in audit and financial reporting, most recently Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton Indonesia. Accounting degrees from Multimedia Nusantara University and Trisakti University; certified in data analytics.
